4. Client Obligations

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be outlined in the agreement between Fintech Forensics and the client. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule and terms. In the event of late payment, Fintech Forensics reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, tools, and information provided by Fintech Forensics during the course of our services are the intellectual property of Fintech Forensics, unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our express written consent.
Any intellectual property developed during the course of our engagement will also remain the property of Fintech Forensics, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of service delivery, including business information, data, and proprietary processes. Fintech Forensics will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Similarly, you agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained from Fintech Forensics without express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fintech Forensics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability in connection with any service provided will be limited to the amount paid for the service.

Fintech Forensics provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Fintech Forensics reserves the right to terminate service immediately if there is a breach of these terms by the client.
